I agree. I'm one of those peons getting laid off.
Stock is almost at 52 week high executives get stock options as part of their compensation. They have to vest over a period of time so normally the cash out shares on a schedule and it alway publicly disclosed.
Debt offering is normal as notes come due and for further investment and growth.
