They’re letting go 200 heads in the UK business
The UK IT team has been hit badly, I don't know the number but I do know some serious knowledge is leaving Pepsi. Slower, weaker, worse should be the new slogan.
I am seeing reorg meetings on calendars. I can only imagine how many people they will let go with this reorg
US coming soon, EU takes longer due to process so they start there first.

I was on a call this week, they were talking about how managers will start entering all payroll/terms etc in the coming months.
someone asked what those in my role would be doing and they really didn't have an answer-they said we'd be doing "projects"

Impact is not fully known due to local HR processes but it’s bad…
Lots of rumors floating of a US reorg coming soon which usually follows the early retirement offers! Lots of conference rooms booked for high level meetings, also a good sign of change coming! I am not sure how much more we can spin off and downsize I am already doing 3 peoples worth of work!!
I would like to know and how this will impact the US jobs as well
