Caitlin, nice write-up. Unfortunately anyone you speak to at Fiserv will not give you the full truth.

Compare to Caitlin's article from Sept...how we're turning the corner with no worries!

Article got some things wrong. Looking at the org chart First Data Corp bought Fiserv but kept the Fiserv name.

Closing the Phx site December 31st.

Just laid-off the Phx Account Development Partners. Few have relocated to the First Data mother ship in NJ. Some jobs moving to FL and GA.

Nest time you speak with Ann, ask her about all the severance that Fiserv reports in its quarterly reports
2021 - Q1 - $10 Million
2021 - Q2 - $4 Million
2021 - Q3 - $24 Million
2021 - Q4 - $43 Million
2022 - Q1 - $52 Million
2022 – Q2 - $47 Million

Cuts are continuing this week. The worst kept secret around. Remote non-sales staff are at the top of the list. SVPs are even being RIF’d, but they’re getting sweet packages and being communicated as “retirements”.

The information Ann gave you is grossly false.

US lost people, but India gained. Not to mention the number of Indians that were imported

Heads up remote workers, they’re starting to hand out severance packets. (Or maybe they have been and I just missed a step and didn’t realize.)

Nice write up, but she gets paid well to lie. There were huge cuts in Account processing in late June. The Signature core has almost no Development staff left. This company is a shell of itself. It's sad to witness, asking people to take on more isn't right. It's just demoralizing

Ann Cave is lying to you. She gets paid to do that. 1180 associates lost their job in the last 9 days. A total of 8,000 lost their jobs since Frank “took over”. Ann has miss represented the facts or the question was vague, Frank created jobs in India. Frank only cares about payments, he should be very concerned about the segment, as Fiserv doesn’t have a one stop shop payment processing as other leading brands.

He will crash this company to the ground! There is some good news, it is no longer legacy FD associates against legacy Fiserv associates. It is a United front to get this dirty monster out!

There will be no revenue quality when associates are unhappy. It is simple as that. You now have clock watchers or associates waiting for the severance package. Many have two jobs and yea going to the office!!!!

It’s a good write-up…..but I cannot believe we still have 44k associates…..I guess Fiserv uses a different kind of math. Also, it paints a much prettier picture than the actual ugliness going on inside the company.

The Fiserv spokesperson is sticking with the 44,000 employees? Seriously? I left over a year ago and that was the count at that time. No way it is that now.
