You bet.
I agree with the last post but they won't change. Hans and the corporate elite must make as much money as possible for themselves while everyone else suffers. Corporate greed at the highest level. I Have never seen incentives so low for what is being referred to as a sales job. The stock price reflects our motivation as a company and no ones motivated.
Keep investing on people making woke videos and programs and keep cutting the pay of the front line corporate rep and this is what you get. Sh-t leadership paying themselves more but not investing in the sales teams. Incentives are miniscule and a slap to the face. Systems constantly going down, slow instore internet, management becoming lazy, false promises, this company has really failed us. The fake cheerleading and sh-t doesn't work anymore. We reps are underpaid and tired. There's no management positions available to get into thanks to them giving those opportunities to other managers that want them due to being closer to their homes. The pay has become unlivable thanks to the company not matching us on inflation. If any manager and above wants to down vote this, go ask your reps how much their take home is after tax biweekly and on commission...it's a joke! The company used to really take care of us, but now it seems they could care less if we are barely scraping paycheck to paycheck. It's unbearable in this economy. Our 401k is diminished due to stock option plummeting. I don't see how they can over look this and be proud of the direction they are taking this company. I think new leadership from Hans' level and all corporate leadership executive board members. They failed the company and are reducing it to hot garbage. The customers notice these changes like outsourcing to other countries, lack of enthusiasm in store due to lack of pay for reps causing poor morale, and our service literally becoming worse in the network. Time for a change and it starts with the people in leadership and incentivising your sales teams with a real commission structure and paycheck.
I will take full responsibility for share prices going up but not for it going down. Same as B1den with gas prices.
No way Tami quit, her ego wouldn't allow it.
I figured I'd look at the market overall over a 1,6, and 12 month span to see how VZ is performing in relation. We have far underperformed not surprisingly.
Tami quit . She was tired of of all the complaining done on this site she just decided to call it quits
Inflation up like crazy, the three RSUs went down 30% this year alone, and they already announced that STI will be the worst ever.
Verizon doesn't care about anyone living paycheck to paycheck.
sprint's repeating its historical failure through vzw...
Don’t worry it can’t really go below 40 because of the dividend. It is just our imagination.
