This is agony and this time I would like to be told that I am no longer needed here. Despite the uncertainty we are facing, Fiserv demands maximum productivity from us. I am already doing enough work for several people. For a long time now, there has been a lack of people who actually know how to do the job, because all the good employees have already been cut, or they have left on their own. That's why I'm wondering what Fiserv will look like after these cuts? I'm afraid it might look like a place where no one wants to be anymore.

Start applying. Why wait until you are dumped, by then you may not find an opening

Lol! That does absolutely sum it up.
Find another place and leave the toxic dump behind. You’ll be much happier and relaxed for it.
Try some quiet quitting relaxation while looking and then depart on your own terms.
What the dumpster fire becomes after your gone is merely a curiosity, not a reality.
