Hey OP bozo, if you actually know RIF planning details how about sharing them? Don’t just say they’re coming and nothing more. Many of us are stressing over RIFs and could benefit from additional information.

The Aug RIFs were primarily CX products and global marketing (all products).
Now the attention is turning to the rest of the business.
Oracle RIFs are always division specific, then every country has dif. dates.

One would think that if your strategy fails you’d find new leaders, but oracle just lays off its workers and retains the leaders who were responsible for its decline.

When is Oracle not doing a RIF though? Sounds like business as usual. Any areas in particular they are hitting?
BTW, when I read this I thought leadership was getting RIFed, which sounds like it should probably happen.
