why any of of our current C-Suite executives are still employed when T-Mobile's stock has a +20.36% return YTD and Verizon stock is negative to a tune of -30.17% YTD. How do shareholders allow these people to collect a bonus with this sort of performance?

The rich getting richer off your work. 40 million dollars to golden parachute if you fail cmonnnnnnn who has it best but equality is everything.
The execs will find ways to make sure their payouts are maximized while the rest of us suffer.
It basically comes down to an attitude of superiority in the Basking Ridge Country Club. They really don’t believe any of the failures are due to their own lack of vision and innovation, their inability to inspire, their consistent knack for making bad investments and overpaying for just about everything. No, the failures are solely the fault of the workers, and the RIF’s of those beneath the few chosen ones will continue until morale improves. Of course that is a recipe for failure, but they will arrogantly administer the wrong medicine anyway, whistling their way to the corporate graveyard.
Just dont! Please do not even mention the word bonus to the BOD. The Verizon BOD are always, I mean always, looking for a reason to toss Hans and his elite c-suite cronies another bonus. Since there hasn't been any good news to celebrate at VZ for a very long time, the BOD have resorted to providing bonuses for less than lacklustre performance.
