That's it. I can't think of anything else. I can think of plenty of cons, though. Awful pay, incompetent upper management, the company that doesn't appreciate its employees and uses every opportunity to show that by cutting benefits and not rewarding hard work... That's just the tip of the iceberg. Life is so much better with this place in my rearview mirror.

The pay really is terrible compared to what other people in my same job make.. its just hard to change.
