Professional Services Manager average salary in Texas?
I only plan to stay there for a bit to earn experience and then I’m gone.

Agreed if you want managerial experience, this is the worst company. Only for the resume
If you're an internal candidate the recruiter should be able to provide the salary range.
If you're looking for managerial experience I cannot think of a worse company to do so. Leadership at this company is a joke and should be nothing to aspire to.
Future salary expectations:
In March you be offered a 2% adjustment. Max.
They will make up some excuse to delay it until June.
All you will do is force promote company bs we love you we want to grow your career and then RIF them. Horrible place to be in management
Should have clarified I’m currently an employee. I don’t want to be here long term but would like managerial experience
You might not be hired in the short window that we do not have a hiring freeze. If you do, I would also keep enough savings to find another job when you get laid off before you are ready.
