Front line representatives will no longer be the pawns of the higher ups who do no work, besides looking at the spreadsheets. Funnel the money to the people that matter or forever be left with folks who are willing to do the bare minimum for the check you offer us.
That's what you get when you have reps in Santa Monica or Pasadena slamming 10+ BI at a time with 0 usage just from a rerate. It's ellipsis tablets all over again. These reps will make a cool $9-$11k check, commissions skyrockets when they can't keep up because of unrealistic quotas or blowing growth targets out of the water. Look at how many reps went on leave in LAC? Do you see a pattern?
What's even more hilarious is how misguided and misappropriated funds are in the r2b channel. Why is an r2b rep making $9k-11k in commissions when the store they report to collectively makes that much money split between all reps and managers? Do you really beleive the growth and revenue they bring is worth THAT much more from an individual than that of a collective sales team? But that's a topic for another discussion. Instead you have brain dead clout chasers like TP and ADs like RA that think they are holier than though and you need to grovel at their feet. These turkeys are braindead and thanksgiving is right around the corner.
Verizon doesn't care. Immediately after inflation started to skyrocket, what was the first thing Verizon did? They increased the surcharges immediately! There was no thought of increasing wages at all! They don't care that you're living paycheck to paycheck which is why Verizon stock is down 30% year to date. The company doesn't care about their employees.
