Any truth the the rumor that vacation packages are being frozen for current and cut for future employees? YoS will not matter and all will max out at 20 days?

Experienced hires are getting full credit for past years at other companies), so no longer maxed out at 20 days. So doubtful that it's true.
Switching to the accrual by month is true.
