Anyone out there in Bryce Elliott’s organization that is in product that supports either the BREW or Commercial/CIG digital banking platform? Bryce seems like a good dude but the culture is horrendous. Sweat shop, everything is urgent, managers play favorites and do not seem to genuinely care about their team members. Want to see if anyone else feels the same way? Seems hard to stay in this environment long term. High Stress is an understatement.

Ok, but where does Bryce stand on the "please to be finding the attached very urgent spreadsheet requiring you to do the needful ASAP" issue?
Bryce is a good guy as long as he needs you. He will turn on you in a second and a political animal. Be careful. Plus I think he is in closet like other leaders part of hSTI and part of that whole tight mafia.
It is the Suntrust way. Elliott is not only hSTI but also spent many years at BOFA. Perhaps they are the reason nCino conversion is a disaster.
