SUPPORT Promotion Only For Managers, Directors and VPs????

When MS took charge, we all thought he will streamline the support org and end the long-running favoritism within this org. But it turns out now that it's worse than ever before and managements are the ONLY benefit recipients.

Promotions, hikes, and RSU are only allotted to MGRs, DIRs, or only to very limited their fav ICs. Good performing ICs with consistent 5/4 reviews and ~10 yrs tenure are stuck with the same title and benefits. Unfortunately, they are ONLY able to watch his/her MGR, upper management getting promotions, and moving the ladder every YEAR !!!

PATHETIC WAY OF TREATING THE HARDWORKING ICs WHO ARE ACTUALLY WORKING THEIR A-S OFF EVERY DAY BY DEALING WITH A LOT OF CR-P APART FROM SR WORK.

This is true. Only top management who is a favorite of their VPs gets yearly promotions. ICs are stuck forever whatever you do with no increments or inflation adjustments.

I actually heard that MS brought in his friends that were managers somewhere and made them Sr. Directors for multiple made up groups. This was all planned.

MS is a yes man, will have the corporate bs line in his all hands. TR is a joke con man that brought a division no direction as he works his woke propaganda. Amazed he is still here. Agree. All mid to up management, in any company, tends to speak in platitudes, overuse jargon, and speak total nonsense in general. MS elevates it to a whole new level of WTF and brings no value to the organization. I despise him.
