How long has this culture of treating employees like absolute dogshit been going on for now? Feels like it started around 2009-ish?

I had colleagues in the 2000’s who left for O….and boomeranged back within a year or two, describing a brutal sink-or-swim culture and that wasn’t even sales.
September 6, 2010 when they installed Mark Hurd.
His disciples have kept this shitshow alive. The rest have been Google mapping his grave to pi-s on it.
Probably 2008/2009 ish i left late 2010 after spending 48 plus qrtrs or so. mid 90’s to early 2000’s were the best down fall started after Safra became CFO , In 2004/2005 around the time of psft acquisition down hill started and it went to black ho-e after sun acquisition.
