Amen. After 22 years at Sprint I thought T-MOBILE respected and honored loyal employees. It has been made very clear they don't care about any of us. I have two interviews with other companies scheduled. I'm not staying with tmo.
For those who thinks it's normal. Remember it's not normal for this company. I've witnessed more retirements from t-mobile after working exclusively with this company for 15+yrs than others have ever heard of.
Yes. Other companies expect workforce turnover every 3-5 yrs. It wasn't the case here.
Being angry about losing all value to this company is absolutely valid.
Obviously, the OP is new to the corporate world. You're only as good as your last review. You are paid each period and are owed no more than whats on the paystub and latest revision of the employee handbook.
