I ended up muting Hammock on linked in. I can understand the verizon koolaid that VZ posts and I can just scoll by but Post it notes is just too far somehow.
Meaning that Christy had a clue, right? It is so disgustingly obvious that Hammock is so out of her element and just regurgitating the propaganda that eyes just roll back in their heads every time she opens that mouth.
Hammock is such a lightweight compared to Christy.
The action plans are another joke.

The way the questions are asked, It can cast shade on your immediate boss if you just use the #'s. My VP said as much - "Its poor leadership by the front line Supv'sAD's bc this is the BEST company that Is, Was or Ever will be." Only the verbatim's allow employees to be honest and point the finger at what doesnt work. System issues and process flow obstacles delay customer engagements and wins. These cant be judged by a 5 pt scale "how satisfied are you..."

It is another HR nonsensical notion pushed on managers to make more senior managers feel more comfortable about their incompetence, and fool them into thinking their employees look at them as "friends". Total corporate corrupt nonsense
