I left almost a month ago after find a WFH position with another company. I’m not making as much salary wise by healthcare premiums are completely paid by the company so it evens out. A tank of gas can last me 2 to 3 weeks. It’s nice to be working with a company that has a positive attitude instead of a fake attitude. No one’s in business to lose money and the new company is honest and straight forward about it. I don’t have to buy into any koom ba ya cr-p or drink any Koolaid mixed by a board or “committee”. I tried to wait for a rif but you never know what kinds of changes JPMC will make or if they’ll even offer a package. I’m a older worker and if I can do it you can too. Go out there and explore your options. You might be pleasantly surprised.
I haven't heard any rumors at my site but then we are WFH. Things feel slower now than they did when the layoffs happened in June.
They are sending EAW junks. I assume they will wait until all the fluffy stuff is done. By the way, EAW means who cares!!!!
don’t be a fool 2 believe that just bcuz you are great at ur job that ur safe. this is really slow and everyone should be concerned
Yes the Thursday before the end of the quarter is the Chase way 9/29. Gives everyone the chance to party hard on the following Friday.

Have no clue when but I hear it's going to be a clean sweep with managers keeping their jobs. I believe our pipelines are closed down in preparation for what is to come. I wish everyone the best.
Im ready !!! so tired with this nonsense process If they want to move everything to Manila go for it. Every day is something new or change gets go the point you don’t know your job anymore I need to get my life back.
