The braindeads are at it again. Slowing transaction time and throwing another wrench in the gears. At least they figured out how to move the timer. We are soon to be down another 2 reps ha. This is going to be great when they realize no one remaining is going to work harder. There is a silver lining however. SEC is soon going to be scrutinizing CEO’s pay in relationship to the company’s performance. I assure you that Hanzi would be out if it hadn’t been for Blackrocks voting position.

View together lol. Love how that blonde hyper lady sends out an email like people asked for are should be excited about view together. Keep wasting man hours on a timer.

I know a lot of reps bypass the view together option so they slip in the VZ protect and home without it being questioned. Worst case scenario 7 out of 10 customers cancel it so you still get 3 . That’s how my manager tells us how to do it. Also , always email that receipt because even though boomers aren’t tech savvy they sure are receipt savvy. When they notice the protection fee they want it removed right away. Honestly I believe the slamming practices are worse now then when we had the old commission structure. At least the old way you didn’t need to slam to make money you just needed to blow through boxes. It’s about about going green and commission is an afterthought. You can’t be in a sales business and expect to excel with a pay plan designed for clerking.
