Us sales reps are going to take every single new full time merchandiser position; so you part time losers still have no chance of ever getting that carrot they’ve been dangling in front of you lol
You sound like a bitter merchandiser. Sorry if you've had a lazy sales rep to work with. Not all sales reps are lazy, or write orders from their car. I try to help the merchandisers that work on my territory in whatever way I can. It's a team, I help them, they help me.
the sales reps remaining are in fact the chosen ones. so congrats on actually doing your job. and do u think that it takes a lot to be a rep? it’s mainly merchandising. which is y that they realized they could cut the lousy ones

I have to agree somewhat here. I know many sales rep that just order from the car, don't care about their store conditions, and blame everything on the merchandiser. There are alot of lazy sales rep that have been around for years. Take advantage whenever they can.
He-l yeah about damn time. Some of these reps just go in and build endcaps that are programmed by the store and that’s it. Many were just overpaid merchandisers. About time a few of these entitled pricks got fired.
