When you get your offer/ severance, think about how much they paid those scab truck drivers during the strike. And how much they paid the original ones to come back. And how much they have paid these clueless DMs over the years. How much money they waste on ridiculous oreo flavors and promotions/commercials that are basically a meme at this point. Compare that to what they offer you for the actual hard work you have done here. The good news is, you have a soul, unlike the mondelez management and you are gonna be ok.

Well that stinks what if your not called and want to take the severance.
I was offered severance on the termination call. 2 weeks pay x years of service.
We haven’t heard anything yet if they will offer severance? Hopefully they will because I think now is the time!
