I read about the restructuring of the regions. I understand the Medicare population that SNP serves, and HAH. What people do retail serve? Is it the commercial members only? Is Care Plus being impacted since they are noted specifically in the regions remaining? Of those that are at risk for RIF, what members under Medicare do they service? I’ve see. This question posted a few times, but haven’t seen a clear answer. My department in CS doesn’t go over this stuff, and I can’t find it on the hi page. Thanks!

Markets fall under Retail. Markets include HSO (UM reviews/DC planning, partnering with PE and contracting) PE (provider engagement) and contracting/network. Commercial teams processing UM fall under clinical solutions umbrella. Human care management and SNP are NOT retail but if your program doesn’t bring value you could see cuts.
