The strategy is diversity. We don't care about anything else. If you check a box Xerox wants you, as long as that box isn't diverse opinions or actual knowledge of what you're worth.
Norwalk has no clue. People with pertinent systems knowledge are continually walking out with no desire to replace them. It seems the strategy is...keep pushing the workload downstream to another employee hoping they might know something or they can get a grasp quickly. Few knowledgeable employees left with an ever increasing workload. The HCL venture is a disaster yet they keep bringing on more off-shore staff who have no vested interest in any success of Xerox. Off-shore support is a revolving door and perpetual learning curve. More and more work keeps finding its way to me since some claim they have too much work. To retain employees with knowledge of systems and how things work Xerox will need to pay to retain these few employees. If not, people will continue to leave and all the systems knowledge and understanding goes with them. Again, Norwalk is clueless.
Lipstick the pig and sell to the highest bidder. I’ll start - $5 whole dollars.
I don’t understand how Carl gets his money out from this shrinking, stinking mess.
They can’t keep laying off people and shrinking this thing forever. What’s his end game? It can’t be 3d metal and Docushare, can it?
Find really stupid money managers and peddle lipstick covered pigs to them, 3D, CareAR, Fittle etc.
3D metal going 2023
3D metal print coming 2023
Clown car filled with ego driven management that has no ownership
to Xerox other than a fat paycheck.
Whatever it is I hope it involves commercials featuring Snoop Dogg.
Just trying to make Carl and the shareholders more money bro. Project Own It promises 300M in cuts - that’s your paycheques and pensions - enjoy working there!
Status Quo: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow…No joke.
