Rebrand CX? How about dissolve it completely. Sales Cloud is garbage. Would love to know the mo--n who forced these new changes in OSC. They screwed it up for the worst. Have to type in requests now like "add product" or "add competitor". Not intuitive. Just have buttons. What a joke

I found it humorous that Oracle people were posting on LinkedIn about CX's 3rd place finish in the most recent Gartner CRM rankings after the August 1 massacre of CX core personnel. Only teams that were building features for Fusion were somewhat spared. CX is functionally a dead product with all major upgrades and new features cancelled. There is no reason to bother renaming it.
