Can someone explain to me what is retail ? Does that mean commercial or Medicare advantage or what segment does retail refer to, and what departments does the regionalism impact? I’m sorry, I’m in a different department and don’t understand or know who retail serves

Retail serves Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare.
Go in Work Day or Teams and search for Alan Wheatley then select org view. That will show you the break down of each SVP under him and the line of business they support.
