I was going to do the whole two weeks thing but I've changed my mind. I have no intentions of doing the exit interview (nothing I said so far ever mattered, I highly doubt that anything I might put down would even be read, not to mention make a difference). I don't care what this will do to my manager or what people will think of me. I'm done with this place.

A lot of people quitting and giving no notice. Humana wins in these cases as you will get no severance, won’t get your PTO and won’t get your AIP. You’ll also be blacklisted and will never get rehired. If you have a job and are moving to a competitor, give 2 weeks notice and Humana will pay you through your notice but will not make you work through the two weeks. If you are under too much stress, take a leave. Good luck!
A coworker was laid off last year during one of these reorganizations. She was called back in less than a month. I agree with everyone else when they say don't burn your bridges, you never know etc. It's not personal. Go with the flow.
Yes, please give 2 weeks notice. Best of luck to you.
You won’t get your PTO without proper notification….you want to leave in good standing, you never know if you’re going to return or who you will interview with in the future who knew you…use the time to transition out, closing cases, etc
Penny wise Dollar foolish
If you have any unused pto I think you forfeit that being paid out if you don’t do 2 weeks. Just in case that matters…. I vote for 2 week notice, those last two weeks are a breeze, in my experience
Don’t burn bridges. It’s a small industry. Rise above and give proper notice
Not to mention you won’t receive the severance package if you’re eligible.
If your new employer reaches out to them for any reason they can tell you them that you did not finish your two weeks. Not a good idea to burn your bridge. Two weeks is not that long and it can come back to affect you. You be you but don’t be foolish
