Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

the end is near. if you only knew

i have a source close to the whole mission one thing. the mission one project is just the tip of the iceberg. if u only knew what was coming. all districts going to hst and cutting the sales reps bak. the next step after mission one will likely be to end dsd all together. but look on the bright side, at least my mgr sent me a bravo award lmfao.

See that’s where your wrong ! Where I’m from there isn’t any new reps .. i was ranked 2 out 5 of the local reps in the surrounding territories and in the top 70 of the region while the rest where in the high 150’s yet I didn’t even get a chance

I honestly think the more seniority reps kept their routes because sorry to be blunt most are better at their jobs than newer employees.

The training used to be way better,
accountability was enforced, and with what the company is asking of sales reps with this new program, it will be hard for even seasoned reps to hold it together.

The thing is though ! It seems seniority kept most there routes and it was the 5 years or less severance with a few max here and there

2 weeks pay per year of service if you worked here 5+ years, but they put a cap on it. For some reason I remember the cap being 26 weeks.

So basically if you've worked here over 13 years you get screwed, which is par for the course, Mondelez hates long term employees.

Yes, they are eliminating reps, dms, and looks like merging districts.
No one will lose their job…. But you will be forced to take a lesser roll if your position gets eliminated.

Was told the company is going towards more super territories. BUT, this will not effect sales reps. Okay, soo some territories will have two reps then? Bunch of Bs. I’m not a rocket scientist but usually when you merge two into one, your left with one. People will be cut with mission one.
