What’s it like in Regent Court and the Regions?

I sure am tired of driving to dealers all week. Including car time, I am working 12-14 hour days. I need a WFH gig. Others are doing it.
Regent Court hasn't been a thing since the pandemic. I was let go from non-field MS&S (LL6). My team lost about half its people and was disbanded; the survivors were allocated to other teams.
I’m in Ford Credit Sales and have heard the Select Dealer Region was eliminated with Zone Managers taking on many more dealers than before. Other Zone Managers and personnel reassigned to different positions. Ford Credit sales had two GMs (LL4) and several RMs (LL5) force retired. Few other LL6 and many SGR let go, possibly 10% of Ford Credit field sales. For those left, total restructure of sales and majority of people being reassigned to with different responsibilities announced this morning. Also no sales positions had been filled in the last 4 months so could have been much worse.
