I was one of the impacted employees from the last RIF. I have paper forms that need to be filled out regarding my employment history. the VA WILL NOT call the phone number they only want a form filled out. I mailed the form in May and the VA has tried to contact them without success. Does anyone have an email or phone number, other than HR4U? They are worthless. I realize that I'm not that important to them, but I really need the help!!!!

The VA or you will need to contact HR4U. You can send an email or call, as shown below. That’s the process. The info will either be processed by Records or by The Work Number. It depends on the request.
You can also email hr4u@humana.com. Typically it is assigned out to a specific rep and I have found that is easier than waiting on hold. I also gave it out to a previous associate for job verification and she was able to get help.
