Any severence offered?
2-3 minute scripted call to tell you your end date ! Company dose not give a damn about you . No offer to stay just apply for open positions no thank you or nothing
So, I wanna know what was said during these additional "calls" today? What region was it? If you're gone, you should have any problem spilling all the beans.
I’d like to here some more info on who was let go etc. I know I’m going to be on the chopping block since I don’t have the years in like some of the other reps.
Like someone else said, nothing with this company surprises me anymore. In regards to being let go and not offered a different role.
Our team has magically hired 4 full timers in the last month, but couldn’t manage to get anyone on board during the prior year plus. Seems like they’re filling spots for people who make far less than some of us. Now they have can afford to let us go I guess 🤷🏼♂️
What area are you in that just lost the 3 reps? I’m surprised they were not offered order writing positions, that was the rumor.

Dms should have gone a long time ago. I still couldn't tell you what mine did. Only talked to him once a year
On the call they did say there will be calls in the next couple days. They didn’t say what the calls were about though.

Sucks seeing all the new people think this is such a great company, but those of us that have been around for years watch them slowly take away everything that made it great.
As if we don’t have a hard time already keeping people. Those who are full time will leave to find something else when they aren’t givin same benefits as a rep
