I'm an IC3 at OCI and I think I've been lowballed like *hit!!
Been with OCI since 18 months. Was rated a 4 (Exceeds expectations)
Got a hike (~6.5%) in base pay, but a mere stocks worth $11000 (to be vested over 4 years). I was stunned and didn't even wanted to argue at the time.

If you are someone at Oracle that hasn’t received raise, bonus and/or RSUs every year, that means you are in the bottom half of ratings and allocation pools. Generally speaking the top 50-70% get raises annually and RSUs only to Mgmt and critical ICs.
This should tell you where you are in the scheme of things. Act accordingly.
I am in marketing (what’s left of it).
I received 125 RSUs, vesting at 25% per year over the next 4 years.
So that is about 31 shares per year, less taxes. Netting about 19 shares per year. At current price, that’s about $1,400 per year.
No bonus, no raise this year. My salary is $120,000, and I’ve only ever received one raise in the past 7.5 years at Oracle.
