WHAT the heck is that all about? Why do we have to send in proof of marriage licenses/certificates or birth certificates for our dependants? There is something bigger here that they're not saying.
This has NEVER been a thing in all my BAZILLION years in the private sector. What's up? Come clean why do you need copies of all this and WHY does everyone just blindly follow such stupid things??

It was just discussed in my team meeting that we NEEDED to do this as soon as we got the letter requesting it. WHAT? Why??
