I'm an IC3 at OCI and I think I've been lowballed like *hit!!
Been with OCI since 18 months. Was rated a 4 (Exceeds expectations)
Got a hike (~6.5%) in base pay, but a mere stocks worth $11000 (to be vested over 4 years). I was stunned and didn't even wanted to argue at the time.
Focals are used to fire people, not to reward.
What raise? Bonus? RSUs? Which teams are getting them? I haven't heard a word from anyone after it was submitted this year.
I would be happy with a 1% anything.
Anyone got focal under the fusion CX support team?
Got a 9% raise - I was surprised. Only the second decent raise in 15 years but if they keep this up I might hang around for a bit.
Amazing focal this year. If they do the same for few years we will get to market rate. Can believe this is O or they had crazy attrition and forced to do this.
Is there anyone who did not get focal 2022. Looks like it was across the board. Not sure why there were layoffs ? Makes no sense. O has given significant number of RSUs. I think there will be layoffs before the RSUs vest. Golden handcuffs.

I'm not a big believer in religion, but when it comes to people in powerful places, and the way they tend err on the side of screwing over everyone and everything they can whenever they can, I really hope a hot place actually exists for them to take up residence for the rest of eternity.
What an incredibly cold company Oracle is! There are many people who got axed this month by Oracle, right now dealing with the fear and anxiety that goes with being without a job and having to cover living expenses for themselves and their families. But yet, now in the same month as these layoffs we hear about Oracle salary increases and RSUs being given out. How insensitive!
