My first year anniversary with Humana will be approaching next week — specifically in 8ish days. Do I have to wait until the exact date that I reach my first year anniversary to begin applying internally for a new position within Humana? Or would it be okay for me to begin applying internally now? Also, is moving internally within a Humana a difficult process, or is it relatively easy? Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks everyone.

You definitely can, just let your leader know
You can email “Ask a Recruiter” mailbox and they will promptly give you advice
Yes, you’re right. That’s a good point. I’ll be aware of that moving forward. Thank you so much!
This would be easy to find out who you are. Never give specifics.
You can begin now but remember to let your leader know that you are applying for an internal position because HR does verify it. Also, check out go/develop on your Humana computer network for more info.
Start now! And , an easier process, if you have the desired criteria, not just the basic requirements down…how do YOU benefit the role you’re applying for, what skills do you bring to the table to help Humana move forward, but also please note, there’s no guarantee and your new role may be a RIFd one
