Looks like everyone is getting their notices in morning. Do they get scheduled ahead of time? Or right at meeting time?

I didn't get a notice and think others were in the same boat. I just got an IM from my manager (yes MY manager) asking me if I had a minute to chat. Then got the canned speech, asked for my personal email and phone and that was it. Paid until the end of the month and told my work was done immediately. A few hours to shut off the eMail, IM and access to systems.
Mine was this morning
Hearing they can go through Thursday. Some areas making a point to be done today with exception for vacation schedules.
The first person that should receive one is Bill Ford Jr. Next should be Jim Farley and several board members. Then, and only then, will "anything" begin to improve; it's that simple.
Mine was scheduled last night for this morning (I’m in HR)
Layoff meetings notifications have been sent by instant message from the manager. I got an instant message from my manager to join a Webex immediately . I was then told by my manager that my services were no longer needed. My new chapter starts today!
My 3 (who is supposed to be off today) had at least 3 15min meetings pop up on his cal this afternoon
