I wonder if there have been any serious talks about upping in-office days. Someone commented in another post that there is no longer a Covid danger.
Guess what? We know. It’s not about Covid anymore. It’s about proving that we are just as productive or more productive from home and the time sink and financial cost of going to a physical office is unreasonable and illogical.
I am wondering what Wells’ competitors are planning to RTO - anything worse than what it currently is will cause a mass exodus. Do any other banks currently require tech teams back more than 50% of the time?
