Are layoffs completed for this round in EMEA and UK?
I am M2 in marketing and my entire team in US and IDC is laid off. Unsure about my team in EMEA

Can someone confirm if the CX layoffs in UK are done or never happened in August?
All layoffs are usually done in line with payroll dates. 1st or 15th of the month where they can. This is because they need in some countries to give a risk of redundancy.
EMEA is confirmed for this week. ACX folks in EMEA on notice. They want to do this before the SM all hands.
What about UK? I heard it was done there . Why is EMEA different?

EMEA has labor protections. They are probably hiring the lawyers, filling the suitcases with justifications, and loading the money to make sure y'all have 6 months severance.
It depends. Can O function without the "marketing team"? If the answer is yes, they you have your answer.
It's not over. The leadership is still restructuring after the US re-org earlier this month. So anything could happen.
