BB is pontificating now on the strength of the company and how we are leaders in the market. You can visibly see he doesn't believe a single word of it.

BB makes more in one day than I make in over a year.
According to salary.com BB made more than 16 million dollars in 2020. Of this total 1.3 million was salary, 3.3 million was bonus, and 2.8 million was stock options, 8.5 million in stock and 527 thousand from other compensation.
MUST.BE.NICE .. maybe if he gave up his bonus it would have saved a lot of jobs!!!
SeniorBridge town hall on Sept 1st. From the posts here, I expect that it will be an official announcement with downsizing starting in October ending in December. More likely it will be over by Oct, correct?
Can someone explain to me what is retail ? Does that mean commercial or Medicare advantage or what segment does retail refer to, and what departments does the regionalism impact? I’m sorry, I’m in a different department and don’t understand or know who retail serves
Thanks @1ewj+1ii57te2. I’m assuming town hall was for retail since GR is retail leader Georxx Rexxxdin and 100s of layoffs in retail already happened and more coming later this year.
Our area had a town hall today to announce layoffs. The business is strong and robust but we are letting hundreds go . How much does BB make ? Think about it . What does GR make ? They announce layoffs with a smile and then go home and forget about it . Now we wait . How they are doing this is cruel. Those two men alone make more money then hundreds of associates.

Wonder what other departments will be impacted. They advised we are now in phase 2 but it will take several weeks before we know if we are impacted or not. Who will have a say in who is retained or let go, will that be current managers or directors?
