I am not taking any chances. I just did my 3rd and final interview with a new company. I think I did well and I hope I get it. Time to jump ship. I've been on "the bench" for almost 3 months. I don't see how they can just pay me to just sit here? I'm not waiting to find out. But I wont quit. I will take the new job and let Kyndryl continue to pay me and then pray that they lay me off to get a severance package and I will come out like a king.
Need a clean break away from all things IBM.
Their bloat is bringing Kyndryl down.
