I absolutely understand the complaints from our customers. It's strange that there aren't more of them. What is really problematic is that the issues are just piling up. I guess there is no will to solve at least some of these issues?

Nothing better than calling in for support only to know more than the people that are supposed to be supporting us. I sweat 80 percent of the time I just hang up because the people I'm talking to are talking out of their a-s!
Had a customer the other day thinking about switching to VZ and asked what its like to call in to customer service. I explained that they will likely be on hold for a while only to talk to someone over seas who's difficult to understand and they realized all these corporations are the same so its not really worth switching and left
Takes several weeks to even get someone assigned to your ticket and then the id--ts mark it resolved and it’s not even fixed. Most of the time they don’t even understand the problem. Good grief. This is what Hans wanted.
Well Shanks and Kyle are on the job so I'm sure that once we outsourced even more to India they will get resolved quickly.
