I wish there was a way to know when layoffs will continue. I envy those who are no longer stressing over it after the latest round but for me, knowing that there's more to come is still keeping me up at night - including right now. I'm not sure how I'm going to deal with the coming months if nothing happens soon.

You should take action. You will feel better. Get a resume together and start looking at what you can do. Taking action is always better than just sitting and waiting for something.
ACX is dead. If that’s your division start networking and applying now. Not sure how much time you have but I’d guess 6-18 months max.
It’ll just be a series of layoffs, low bonuses and lost business from here on out until one day a Business Update meeting pops on your calendar.
How soon, no one knows. Could be another RIF by the end of the year, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months max, but it’ll be a crummy downhill ride.
Not sure if this helps but when I survived yet another layoff at Oracle, but knew eventually my number would be up (in 6 months..or a year...or 2 years..) because the product was being ki---d off, I started looking. I did walk away from a big severance package as I'd been at Oracle for nearly 2 decades, but I just couldn't live with the anxiety anymore. When I left they asked if it was because of the RIFs in the area I worked in and I said yes, it was. I had a good manager who totally understood why I decided to move on.
@iin+1ihLeOUg hit it on the head. Control what you can, which is your own future. What has happened is exactly what everyone has known for awhile. You may give 100% to your company, but they will cut you when they want and at will.
Go get what you are worth and don't look back.
OP - don't fall into the "doormat trap". There was an earlier thread on this topic here: https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1gWNWn0O
The good news is you can turn this all around. See the following. Help is available.

Lots of denial and rationalization going on in this thread. Don't forget Oracle provides EAP, I think the first 6 visits are free to the employee.
Here are some resources for anyone who is interested in regaining their power and control over their lives (and careers). A simple search will provide many more. Pay special attention to being trapped in patterns, self-esteem, bad relationships, excuse making, anxiety, self-doubt and denial. These are all self-defeating behaviors that prevent many people from leaving the starting gate on the way to improving their lives.

If you’re not hanging on for some kind of big severance payoff then I’d advise you to start looking elsewhere. Your anxiety is not good for your long term mental health. Oracle likes to make a show of caring about employee wellbeing but their actions speak louder than words.
Remember that if it’s going to happen, there’s not much you can do about it. Your staying up at night worrying makes no difference to the outcome. You’re wasting all that energy on something that might never happen. And even if it does you’ll be OK. Oracle employed you, someone else will too.
If you can’t let it go and stop worrying about what Oracle MIGHT do, then take control of your own future. Good luck to you.
