So glad I left that he-l ho-e.
What department in Coral Springs?
Ok company pro folks.
The original post was made by someone who just lost their job.
There is loss of wages, and fear that can be a part of this. You don't know if this person was pay check to paycheck and a single mom.
If someone said their dog died, you don't go on their page and tell everyone so what i have the best dog ever.
You work for HR, try pretend and google compassion.
These sentiments have no place on this post.
Fiserv is a $hit show. FB ruined BAMS and the BofA relationship
I too know several people with the exact same writing style.
Literally no one posts on this site using their name and all at once Chelsea, Richard A., Edgar, and James post saying they love the company? THAT LOOKS LEGIT! I seriously hope this was just someone trolling, if someone at fiserv actually paid someone to post these that person needs to be fired immediately.
Eventually will result in hiring overseas workers, unfortunately!
Not really a shill...just company pride. I wish I was moving to Berkeley!
The shill was working overtime 6 posts in the same period on a Saturday
Companies look at 100% remote workers and just see cost savings, fire those in high cost of living locations, hire in low cost of living locations. Remote work is beginning to back firing on those who championed it.
Pretend for a moment that the country and planet has just experienced two+ years of an unprecedented pandemic. Senior management would respond logically....by ruthlessly pursuing centralizing all key associates into as few locations as possible, thereby lessening any impact from future similar issues or natural disasters etc....oh, but wait.... Maybe the doors all lock everyone in at the first sign of a cough...to boost productivity.
Glad to see the NJ excitement...have you counted parking spaces yet? Enjoy the remote parking trudge in January! 3000 seats but not 3000 parking spaces. Wouldn't anyone walk a half a mile in snow and ice (or heat, or rain) for the honor of badging into an innovation center? May the mighty tower of innovation rise! Rise high above the base built on series of just plain boneheaded decision making. Collaboration will probably increase as folks are huddled together for warmth to get to and from the remote parking lot....
Berkley has some of the best pizza in the nation! Excited to share a slice or two with you over a beer when we open!!
This is the positive energy we need, doom and gloom is no way to live your life!
I too concur, NJ is going to be something special. Truly honored to be apart of such a momentus occasion of anticipation. This is the start of something big my friends!
Chelsea, so cool you're pumped! We here in short hills are too! #FiservFeelsGood!
OMG I can't wait! So excited for this new cool campus!!! Fiserv Proud as well!
Fiserv Proud!! NJ is going to be a blast!
I was working on what is left of Bank of America Merchant Services. I was part of the BoFA Customer Service Department.
I hear that going forward EVERYONE will be responsible for signing up at least one merchant on Clover each year and if you don't meet that quota you will be laid off.
Best of luck, I'm jealous. Wish they can just lay me off already so I don't have to schedule my interviews around my meetings.
What business unit? Were there others?
Congratulations
So sorry to hear about your layoff. I've been laid off before aat onebother large company nd it's certainly no fun. God bless you and your family
Best of luck to you. On to bigger and better.
The shill will probably talk about the best fintech on the planet being createdb in the tech hub of NJ to ride the rocket ship
Well, for our FData shill crowd here - you have at least proved employee headcount to be 43,399 people. Good luck on your new life, it will be FAR better.
Diid you work on clover?
