if you lose your job before the bonus period you lose the bonus
Many of my friends who have been laid off have gotten about 10K.
It can vary wildly.
r u sayin all they give is 1 month and 1/2 of wage in total?! this in the US? cause some ppl got more than that…
Lol! No. You get a set amount of weeks, and after taxes take their huge chunk, you get basically a month and a half of funds….
anyone knows how they calculate the severance payouts? is it one gross/net monthly wage for each year of service ?
