Last few weeks have been a total nightmare. I'm starting to feel like Kevin Bacon in Animal House during the initiation scene. I'm sick of prostrating myself at this company. When are they going to subject us to it all over again? Has the dust finally settled? At least until the next layoff? WTF is going on now??

This situation show that this is the best time to change a job.
It's the same situation everywhere so why worry, but be prepared. You are just a number to management. If your number is in a spot where good $ is being made, they will not draw your number anytime soon. Tell me a company you would rather be in right now which does not have some forms of shredding the unprofitable.
