And I will not be the only one. There is only so much we can do and they've already put us in the position where all of us are doing several jobs. I am not picking up any more work because I can't do any more work. I'm willing to walk away before I accept that.

I am not leaving until I get my severance.I come in and do my job help the members I gave Humana 100% but not anymore than 100%. I work my eight hours a day and leave enjoy my weekend and have a regular life. As regular as you can have when working For a company who is always in lay-off mode
I left Humana a while back. Only 2 other people on a team of 12 did any work, and there was no accountability at all. EIP was a complete joke all around. But, nothing changes and hoping it gets better at Humana is not going to help anything. For years I kept believing that we'd get what we need, budget, etc. Nope. Just created more and more work for those who did any actual work, and that was without layoffs being in the picture.
Don't wait for your burn out to get worse and then slog through the first few months of a new job fighting fatigue and needing rest. Take care of yourself, get out, let Humana figure itself out instead of trying to hold it together for the numbskulls getting golden parachutes. BB and others won't face any repercussions as long as people like you keep propping them up, and they won't get the hint that they should change anything if work is still done with fewer resources.
The reason they keep doing this is because targets are still getting met. Stop being a doormat to the insanity. You and your team deserve so much better.
Just don't do the work. If they really need 10 people doing a thing and now they only have 6, then some of it simply won't get done. Period.
