It's become very difficult to work here. I am literally drained. I love my job, but lately I have neither the focus nor the motivation to do anything more than the minimum.
Does anyone expect some positive changes to happen here or is looking for new opportunities and leaving here the only option left?
The only positive change would be if Dan leaves and takes the sh---y Amex people with him.
No, I expect nothing to change. They needed to make smart decisions 3 years ago but failed. It'll take massive company restructuring to fix anything at this point. Though they've done stuff like that before, but poorly.
