It is fascinating how the management expects us to meet their ever increasing deadline expectations in such a tense, fear-based atmosphere. Everything has become more urgent than ever. It just doesn't work. It wouldn't surprise me if all this causes even more recalls than usual?

I'm not sure how much the deadlines have changed but we certainly have less people to execute to those deadlines. The situation has become untenable in many areas but the LL's seem too scared to speak up.

I guarantee there will be an even bigger flood of recalls in the near future.
Add to that the medical tyranny imposed by Ford requiring people to take the JAB even if they work from home.
