Everyone generally thinks that they are the best and that other employees are less talented. However, honestly, what would you say about how many knowledgeable and skilled employees still remain in this company?

One or two per team. The ones that care are getting stressed out, the rest have checked out. I let them send emails for weeks and have 6 hours of calls about an issue before I get involved now.
I would say they are not wanting to start another career perhaps being close to retirement or some other reason.
- 5 years, top performer, legends every year…..finally career progressed and the OP&OO reorg sent me back to tech support. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and always willing to help my peers. Verizon is not the same company and it started to spiral down when Hans took over. I just had my last official day with Verizon and I couldn’t be happier! Quality employees are not valued!
I work with several. A good portion of them are retiring within a year.
