I absolutely cannot stand this company anymore. This has to be the most depressing place I've ever worked at now. Everyone seems stressed, overworked, sad, and just confused on what to do, how to do it, and even if they should. The constant threat of getting laid off is making it unbearable. The teams that had no impacts (basically just NY at this point) are even worse because they lack empathy and have no idea how bad it is. I start feeling like an awful person myself because I end up despising those people so much.

Does anyone that uses Slack can tell us the next layoffs?
I dislike the management and the general apathy. I love the work I do.
I don't push myself to make up for a lack of people, not especially for the incompetent few who managed to survive. I don't understand how decisions are made here.
At the end of the day I focus on that I'm still making decent money, the benefits are good, and I'm not letting myself overwork. I might get laid off, I might not; in case I do, we've got access to a lot of free educational stuff to learn new skills. Gotta pad that resume. If I find another opportunity before I get canned over fake redundancy, awesome.
