I'm among the lucky ones whose team managed to avoid layoffs in this round but I know if even one person was cut we'd have major issues with the workload. We're swamped right now and losing somebody would make it ten times harder to get things done in time. I feel for the people who lost not just one person but in some cases half of their team. I can't imagine how they're managing.

Layoffs, the retirements are pacing heavily. Zero layoffs and 6 retirements and 1 transfer in 3 months. Yes, work load ramp
