Has anyone been offered a lower severance package than the WARN Act guidelines for their state?
And why are they making us wait another 3 days for our severance details?

Is there a "right of refusal" period?
3 days could be a timeframe that limits or eliminates some type of administrative right of appeal. It may be time to read the fine print in your employee handbook.
